Our approach
Every assignment follows five fixed steps, from exploration to completion. So you know in advance what to expect, and after each phase you can see the results.
Exploration
We get to know your question and agree on the approach together.
Exploratory meeting
In an exploratory meeting, we find out what you need and what PIP Advice can contribute.
Project plan
Interested in working together? Then we draw up a project plan. It sets out the background, the goal, the phases and a time and cost plan.

Execution
We work phase by phase and discuss the findings with you after each phase.
Work in phases
Once you approve the project plan, we get to work in the agreed phases. After each phase, we plan a meeting with you.
Interim report
At each meeting, you receive an interim report with the findings of that phase.

We continue like this until all phases are complete.
Completion
You receive all findings in one overview, and we talk you through them.
Final report and closing meeting
When all phases are complete, we write a final report in the form of a slide deck. In a closing meeting, we explain the report.
