What data do we process?

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, the name of your organisation, your email address and your question. When you email or call us, we process the details you share with us.

To prevent misuse of the form, our server keeps a code derived from your IP address for at most one hour.

What do we use your data for?

We only use your data to answer your question and, if you wish, to plan an exploratory meeting. We do not use your data for newsletters or other marketing.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep messages from the contact form and emails for at most one year after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep the data that belongs to the assignment for as long as the law requires, such as seven years for our accounts.

We do not sell your data. Our website is hosted by Combell. When you send the contact form, Combell’s server sends your message by email to our mailbox info@pipadvice.nl; no other form service is involved. Our email also runs through Combell. We make agreements with Combell about the protection of your data. If you accept cookies, Google processes statistics about the use of the website (see below).

Cookies and statistics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics. It shows us how visitors use our website, for example which pages they view, so we can improve the website. For this, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_66S8WZLBTK), which are kept for at most 13 months. Without your consent, we do not set any cookies.

We have set up Google Analytics so that Google does not use the data for advertising or Google signals. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Google may also process data in the United States; for this, Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our server. Apart from this, the website does not use trackers or advertising services.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. To do so, send an email to info@pipadvice.nl. Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
