AI opportunity scan
Many businesses already use AI, but as a separate tool and without a plan. In three weeks we show where AI really helps your business, what it delivers and where to start.
The challenge
AI is now built into much of the software you already use, and employees try out tools on their own. What is often missing is an overview: which opportunities are there, what do they deliver and what is safe? The problem is rarely the tool, but knowing where to start.
Does this sound familiar?
- Do your employees use AI, but without a plan or agreements?
- Do you not know where AI really saves your business time?
- Are you unsure whether your data and business information stay safe?
- Can you no longer see the wood for the trees with so many tools and vendors?
What we deliver
Top 3 opportunities with a business case
The three opportunities with the most value, each with a realistic business case and an owner within your organisation.
A quick win within 30 days
One opportunity you can start on within a month, often with software you already have.
A 90-day roadmap
The steps for the next three months, and what needs to be in place first, such as data or tooling.
Draft AI use policy
Clear agreements on how employees use AI: a first measure for the AI Act.
The package
The AI opportunity scan is a fixed package, not an open-ended project. Every scan ends with a decision on the next step, so the report does not end up in a drawer.
- from start to finish
- 3 weeks
- of your time
- ± 10 hours
- you know in advance what you get

How we look at AI
Process first, then the tool
We start with how the work runs today. Sometimes the best opportunity is not AI, but a better link between systems or a better way of working. If so, we say so.
What you already have comes first
Many features are already in software you pay for, such as your ERP system or Microsoft 365. We look there first, before anything custom.
Vendor-independent
We do not build and we do not sell software. Our advice is about what suits you, not about what a vendor wants to sell.
Realistic business cases
We do not count gross hours, but how many people will actually use a solution and how much of the work it takes over.
After the scan
- Support in putting the chosen opportunities into practice
- An AI literacy session for your team
- A quarterly check
Opportunities found almost everywhere
We come across these opportunities at many small and medium-sized businesses. The label shows how much has to be built. We look first for opportunities that are already in your software.
Customer service
Sorting customer email
AI sorts incoming email and prepares a draft reply. An employee checks it and sends it.
Already in your software
Administration
Reading invoices
Purchase invoices are recognised and prepared in the accounting software.
Already in your software
The whole organisation
Summarising meetings
Minutes and action points from meetings and client conversations.

Sales and engineering
Faster quotes
A draft quote based on earlier quotes and price lists.
